The hotel's Wi-Fi connection was consistently weak and unreliable, causing inconvenience.

Meals buffet was great.

Pools weren't that big and the chairs outside were dirty.

everything was good, clean hotel, particularly good and peaceful location in front of mountains. i booked tidy room with a terrace. the private parking was on-site, courteous service. location: the venue was not far from gondola as well as the center of bansko.

The location of this place is very convenient, close to restaurants, reception, slopes, and a supermarket, and I enjoyed the modern suite with a bathtub.

I got to enjoy two complementary activities that were a bonus on top of my stay. I was impressed by the location of this hotel, as it was easy to access and provided enough distance from the hustle and bustle of the city, allowing me to enjoy a peaceful stay.

Lastly, the food was really nice with a wide variety of options.
