The location was quiet, close to Bansko Municipality.

The hotel had a pleasant overall atmosphere and the staff were friendly and welcoming. the rooms were spacious and well-maintained, offering a comfortable stay. the location was conveniently close to the center, making it easily accessible.

The hotel's Wi-Fi connection was consistently weak and unreliable, causing inconvenience.

Meals buffet was great.

Pools weren't that big and the chairs outside were dirty.

everything was good, clean hotel, particularly good and peaceful location in front of mountains. i booked tidy room with a terrace. the private parking was on-site, courteous service. location: the venue was not far from gondola as well as the center of bansko.

Could not be improved in any way!

The location of this place is very convenient, close to restaurants, reception, slopes, and a supermarket, and I enjoyed the modern suite with a bathtub.

Breakfast had a lot of options and the food was fresh and well-prepared. the pool and spa facilities were lovely and clean, offering a perfect way to relax after a long day. We also appreciated the well-maintained interior design, which created a cozy and comfortable atmosphere.

The hotel restaurant was quite small and had limited capacity, which made it difficult to find a table during peak hours.
